Timmy ton sets up easy win!!

 

Timmy Rogers cracked 117 in a comfortable win for the seconds.

Batting first on a pretty slow and wet pitch bramshaw were not there fluent best but still managed to score at a descent rate from the off , after losing 'oo rr' early timmy walked out to crease and made his intentions clear from the start with some strong hitting! And along with magoo put on a healthy partnership. Magoo fell shortly after drinks and soon after timmo completed a fine century and finally got bowled for 117. Jammo struck a leisurely 41 and the final total of 248 was to prove more than enough!

 

Timmo 4-34 and jammo 3-24 opened the bowling and after a stiff start got into there stride and ripped out the top and middle order to put the home side in total control and after a bit of 'desent' by the two bowlers were finally dragged off to leave ritchie and tony to finish off the game with the help of a couple of superb catches to bowl ibm out for 68 and complete a fine performance!

 

With the 1st's safe and the 2nd's mid table all eyes will be on the 3rd's next week as they hopefully gain promotion.
