The ten men of Bramshaw toiled in the heat as T&M batted well and with a couple of umpiring decisions to help they amassed 275 for 6. Will Moore bowled well for his 2 wickets and skipper Phil also took 2, there was 1 for Tim Rogers and a wicket on his bowling debut for Andy "roll back the years" Vane. In the field Will took a good catch and on his debut Steven" switch" Witcher fielded well although when one ball hurtled towards him he decided to do the river dance instead of a long barrier (not bad with a broken toe). When we came out to bat a rapid start by Tim gave us hope but when he was out for 42  (after hitting one of the oppositions cars) it was a rapid collapse including a golden duck for Phil, a mention too for Josh Arnold who kept for 42 overs on an up and down pitch and did really well.
