This week we ventured deep into the heart of Salisbury to play Hampton Park. Once the cricket started it was another good performance in the field with 4 wickets for opening bowler Will Moore, 2 for James Witcher and 1 for James Vane who bowled the two best spells of the day, Benny took 3 for 54 on a plastic pitch and James Mason and Evergreen were wicketless but economical, with spectacular catches from Dave Cooper and Benny we bowled them out for 209, a good effort. Our batting started well against hostile bowling and torrents of abuse and when Linno was out the abuse was at its worst, we eventually were bowled out for 77 but through the whole match we played like all Bramshaw teams do "fairly and with spirit"
